▪ Registration includes: 18 holes of golf on a championship course, goodie bag, cart, chances to win amazing prizes from our generous community, and a tournament t-shirt guaranteed (if registered by  4/12/25).

Please include player’s name(s), phone number.  Raffle tickets and mulligans can be purchased at event or ahead of time.  Raffle tickets are $2 each or 15 for $20.  Mulligans are $10 each, 2 per person limit.  For more information or other ways to pay, email golf@pvfd1.org.  Donations welcomed.

Includes 2 11x17 signs at a hole or tee, and verbal recognition at buffet dinner. You can provide a larger sign for sponsorships.

▪ Chief = $750

Includes 1 team registration, 2 11x17 signs at a hole or tee, and verbal recognition at buffet dinner.

▪ Beverage Cart #1 = $1,000, Beverage Cart #2 = $1,000

Includes 1 team registration, exclusive ALL-DAY promotion at the Tournament, 2 11x17 signs at a hole or tee plus a sign on the beverage cart, and verbal recognition at buffet dinner. Sponsor to provide cart beverages including alcohol, sodas, water, and snacks.

Includes 1 team registration, Includes exclusive signage at Putting Green, and Co-Hosting of the "Beer Goggles" with members of the Powhatan Fire Dept.

▪ T-Shirt Sponsorship = $1000

Includes 1 team registration, includes exclusive promotion at registration, 4 11x17 signs at a hole or tee, and verbal announcement.

▪ Goodie Bag Sponsorship = $1000

Includes 1 team registration, includes exclusive promotion in each player's goody bag, 4 11x17 signs at a hole or tee, and verbal recognition.

We are excited to have you here and thank you for taking the time to learn about our cause. As you may already know, Powhatan Volunteer Fire Department is a vital part of our community. We are a group of dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of our neighbors.

Our department responds to a wide range of emergencies, from fires and car accidents to medical emergencies and natural disasters. We are on call 24/7, 365 days a year, ready to serve our community whenever we are needed.

However, running a volunteer fire department comes with a significant cost. We rely heavily on donations and fundraisers to keep our department operational. That's why we're hosting our annual golf tournament fundraiser, and we need your support!

By participating in our golf tournament or making a donation, you will help us maintain our equipment, provide training for our firefighters, and ensure that we can continue to provide our community with the highest level of emergency services.

But supporting our cause isn't just about helping us keep our doors open. It's about investing in the safety and well-being of our community. Every dollar you donate or every swing you take on the golf course will make a difference in someone's life.

Please read the following disclaimer and limited liability statement carefully before participating in the fundraising fire department golf tournament. Your participation in the tournament indicates your understanding and acceptance of the terms are outlined below:

1.    Assumption of Risk: By participating in the fundraising fire department golf tournament, you acknowledge and accept that playing golf involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or other harm. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the tournament, including those arising from the actions or omissions of other participants, spectators, or organizers.

2.    Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the fundraising fire department golf tournament, you hereby release and discharge the fire department, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or be connected with your participation in the tournament. This release and waiver shall extend to any and all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of negligence, breach of duty, or any other act or omission by the aforementioned parties.

3.    Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the fire department, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the fundraising fire department golf tournament. This indemnification obligation shall survive the conclusion of the tournament.

4.    Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the fire department, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, or any affiliated individuals or organizations be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the tournament, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability asserted.

5.    Compliance with Rules and Instructions: You agree to comply with all tournament rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the fire department and its representatives. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in your disqualification from the tournament without any recourse or refund.

6.    Modifications and Cancellations: The fire department reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the fundraising fire department golf tournament due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the fire department shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred by participants.

By participating in the fundraising fire department golf tournament, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer and limited liability statement.
